Summary of Committee Meetings held Tuesday, 7^th September

·            Arrangements for Finals Morning finalised

·            Clubhouse phase 1 (construction) to commence 13.9.04, phase 2 (paving/decking/fencing/old clubhouse area) to follow asap. 

·            Committee positions for 2004/5 and captains for the four winter leagues team discussed

·            Next newsletter out mid-October including AGM agenda.  MMQ to respond to Junior Football Club’s request.  Rent and Child Protection matters reviewed. 

·            Next meeting 12.10.04

·            TENNIS BALLS (Tretorn Micro X) are for sale at £6 per tube (payable to STSC) from Janette Verrall

·            TOILET FACILITIES are available in the Nursery School at the side of the Memorial Hall.  The key is kept above the ball chest in the Clubhouse and children must be accompanied by an adult.

·            Visitors must sign the Visitor’s Book before playing and place the £2 Visitor’s Fee in an envelope (found on the shelf in the clubhouse) and delivered to the Treasurer or Secretary.   Guests may visit up to a maximum of 3 times per year
