IMPORTANT INFORMATION, please read carefully:
· PRIORITY BOOKING FOR THOSE JUNIORS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE PREVIOUS COURSE UNTIL WEDNESDAY, 1ST SEPTEMBER after which remaining spaces will be allocated to other junior members.
· Adult members have priority on Course A19 until 1st September after which non-members may apply - cost £33
· Places on courses will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis with the booking form being accompanied by the correct cheque. Provisional bookings cannot be accepted. · Please indicated on the booking form if you requirement confirmation of booking · Coaches: Tim Rose & Steve Cunnell are LTA Qualified Coaches (Sandra still unable to coach due to tennis elbow injury) · Courts 1 & 2 are used. · STSC reserves the right to amend/cancel coaches/courses depending upon the demand/ability. · Sorry, no refunds due to bad weather, but if a session is completely rained off, then the Club will endeavour to reschedule that session, if possible. · STSC is not responsible for children outside the club premises. Please ensure that an adult escorts your child from the courts paying particular attention in the car park area directly between the Memorial Hall and the Courts.
